**Paint Department Supervisor**

| | Location: AR - Benton AR * Training, coaching, reviewing and supervising assigned employees in order to ensure effective use of department time and materials.

* Assigning and planning the work of paint department personnel to guarantee timely completion of time-sensitive projects.

* Monitoring the use, as well as the replacement, of paint department materials.

* Prepping, painting as needed to meet department deadlines.

* Ensuring disposal of all hazardous materials in the appropriate manner.

* Monitoring paint operations to identify flaws and correcting as needed.

* Maintaining paint department equipment to ensure a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

* Wearing proper gear and attire.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:** * 10+ years of industrial paint experience in a similar / related field.

* 5-7 years of management experience with staff of 4+ employees.

* Strong knowledge of supervisory principles, practices and techniques

* Knowledge of tools, equipment and materials commonly used in paint prep and painting of industrial equipment.

* Skill in preparation and application of paints.

* Skill in verbal and written communication.
