**Construction Team Member - General Labor** **(Temp/Perm)** **About the Position**

**Duty Location(s):** Arkansas, USA

**Compensation:** $14.00 -16.00 per hour

**Term:** Temp/Perm

**Essential Functions:** Steep Creek is currently advertising multiple construction labor positions. The positions will support construction projects and othere general project tasks throughout Arkansas. ?

**Responsibilities:** Assist with maintaining a safe and clean worksite; Assist other crew members complete project related tasks; Assist with construction projects; Assist in general land management tasks; Handle and transport materials and equipment; Operate power tools, chainsaws and equipment as needed; Follow instructions from project leadership; Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

**Requirements**: Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.); Willingness to travel, multiple days at a time; Clear and concise communication skills and a commitment to safety I understand some tasks this position will require are physically demanding I have basic carpentry skills I have general construction experience I have mechanical maintenance experience (small engines, pumps, etc.) I have experience operating heavy equipment (farm tractor, forestry mulcher, bull dozer) Tell us more about your yourself:(Work experience, skills, training, etc.)
