Job Responsibilities:

* Consistently produce quality food while keeping consistent under pressure

* Maintain clean area and cooking equipment

* Cook meals accurately and in an expedient manner

* Memorize menu items and recipes

* Assume responsibility of the food being made

* Keep area stocked and rotated

* Prepare meals with excellent food presentation

* Great communication skills and teamwork skills

* Assist with opening/closing procedures and side work as needed

* Must have a flexible schedule, particularly for weekends and holidays

* The ability to work 6+ hours on your feet at a time and lift up to 30 lbs if necessary

* Friendliness and the want to be a team player.
